Acceptance & Consent to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 8l89 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

8l89 may request the necessary documents to verify your identity at any time. Refusing to submit a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved documents may restrict payment processing and account usage.

Eligibility Criteria

To use 8l89's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age (for those aged 21 and above only).
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You must play in your own name and with your own funds — playing on behalf of or with the funds of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not have previously been banned or permanently excluded by 8l89.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example — deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus). For example — ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a member abuses the bonus system — for example, by following risk-free betting strategies aimed at meeting bonus requirements — 8l89 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

5.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• A promotion may be used only once per member, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The relevant conditions must be met before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• If a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
• 8l89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

• Consequences arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
• Force Majeure events — natural disasters, government restrictions, or cyber attacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8l89's total liability shall in no case exceed the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.
